Travel Medicine

EMB will provide prescriptions for and administration of travel and routine vaccinations, all in one easy visit.  We also provide prescriptions for malaria prophylaxis, antibiotics for traveler’s diarrhea and medications for prevention of altitude sickness. We provide a full range of immunizations for preventable transmitted diseases for both adults and children. Immunity after a vaccination takes time to develop. Thus, it is imperative that you get vaccinated at least 2 to 3 weeks before you travel. After one has receive the appropriate immunizations, ATIS can issue you with an international certificate of vaccination record (also known as “the yellow card”), which may be required for entry into many foreign countries. Here are some of the shots provided:

Yellow Fever , Typhoid,  Meningococcal , Japanese Encephalitis,  Polio, Hepatitis AHepatitis BTetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (TDAP) Pneumococcal and Rabies

Our patients leave their travel appointments educated, immunized and, most importantly, and fully prepared for their adventures.
